“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” __Albert Einstein
My name is Reem Najjar, I am a 21-year-old curious aspiring scientist. In school, my favourite subject was biology. I loved learning about my body’s cells… about each organelle and body structure. About the basic block of life. The passion I had to life science lead me to the Lebanese American University where I completed a bachelor degree in biology. This year I joined a master’s program in Neuroscience in the American University of Beirut. Amazing teachers and professors led my educational journey. They inspired me to use unconventional ways to seek answers to my curious questions, and beyond all they instilled in me the love of learning. They convinced me that a book, a pen, and an ignited mind could change the world. I plan to continue the legacy of those hero teachers.
